Self-identity and how it can shape business success.

How you think about yourself is so important.

If you truly believe that no one will buy from you, and you’re totally consumed with that thought you will then never create anything valuable to sell to anyone. It will, in essence, be a self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts.

Our actions are dictated by our thoughts. I know that when you’re just starting out or taking a big leap, you don’t have evidence of success. You don’t have a guarantee. So you must go off of faith. Belief that YOU are capable.

It sounds kinda wild, I know. But in order to achieve anything NEW we have to take action as that new person instead of as the old person. So, how do you do that? Well, it starts with who you believe yourself to be.

Let’s say you want to make $100,000 a year in your business. That’s $8333 a month. Are you a human who creates $8333 of value each month yet? It breaks down into steps, of course. But it begins with really believing that you are a human who can and will do this, first. Otherwise none of your actions will be truly from that mindset.

Your self-identity is foundational and under your control. The world is not. But what you think about yourself is.

Make sure you think the good stuff.
